Prep - grade 2 (Nipper Ninjas)
Grade 3 & 4 (Little Ninjas)

Self-Defence for Teachers
This course is specially designed for teachers working in primary and or secondary schools. Made up over 2X4hr Sessions
Self-Defence for Families
This course is designed for families whether you are a single parent with one child or a family unit made up of dozens. Made up over 8X30min Sessions
Self-Defence for First Responders
This course is designed for First Responders, typically individuals providing first aid as a Paramedic or giving first aid (Firefighter or Police Officer) Made up over 1X8hr Session
